Brassford Ltd is a family-run property company led by Gary and Jon. We specialise in managing small Houses in Multiple Occupation (HMOs) in Middlesbrough, with a focus on premium shared living.
Our Mission
To raise standards in the local rental market by offering quiet, well-managed homes that combine comfort, safety, and exceptional landlord support. Unlike many sterile, empty refurbs with no character, our properties are furnished and finished to feel like real homes — warm, welcoming, and built to last. No Ikea specials, no cut corners — just carefully chosen designs and fittings that make tenants want to stay long-term.

Gary
With a background in operations management and compliance, Gary brings governance, finance, and tenant management expertise. He has successfully managed a multi-tenant rental with consistent occupancy and zero arrears.
Jon
Former British Army Sergeant Major with over 20 years’ service, later a construction and site manager, and Health & Safety Manager at Hilton Hotels. Jon ensures our properties are developed and maintained to the highest safety and quality standards.
